Purposes and legal basis of the processing
CSM MACHINERY srl does not send newsletters: the Controller processes the personal data disclosed via this form only to reply to queries sent, e.g. to obtain information on products or services (including sending the brochure, the catalogue and/or other corporate information material), to receive an offer, etc.: consent is not, therefore, required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.
Data retention period
If a request for information has been submitted, the data shall be processed for the time required to reply; however, should an offer be requested, the data will be processed for a maximum period of time equal to twice the offer’s validity time, without prejudice to longer retention of the data for the time required for the resolution (by any means) of any disputes that may have arisen.
In any case and for technical/organisational reasons, processing shall last for 12 months from the terms indicated above.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal
The provision of the data is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is, therefore, necessary to send the requested information: failure to disclose the data, in fact, makes it impossible to do so.
Scope of disclosure of the data and categories of recipients
The Controller shall not disseminate the data, but they intend to disclose them to company employees authorised to perform processing by virtue of their respective tasks, as well as to companies of the Group, to professionals or service companies, and to Public and private Bodies, also following inspections and checks.
Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, shall be appointed data processors with a specific contract or other legal deed.
Transfer of data to another Country and/or an international organisation
The personal data shall not be transferred to non-EU Countries or to international organisations.
Rights of the data subjects
The Data Subject shall have the right to unsubscribe from this service at any time and may also to request from the Controller access to their personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, erase them or restrict the processing if the conditions are met, as well as obtain the portability.
To exercise their rights, the Data Subjects may use the form available here and send it to the Controller at the following address: amministrazione.csm@csmmachinery.com. The Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
