CSM MACHINERY srl (hereinafter “Company”) provides this information notice pursuant and for the effects of art. 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in order to inform you of the purposes and methods of processing of the personal data that you may disclose while browsing this website (hereinafter “Site”).
We would like to point out that this information notice refers solely to the Site and not to third-party websites that the User may reach via links herein.

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
Browsing data
The IT systems and the software procedures that are used for operating this website acquire, in their normal operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is inherent in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but may, by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code that indicates the status of the reply given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
You have the right (pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR) to request from our Company access to yours their personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, erase them or restrict their processing if the conditions are met, as well as obtain the portability of the data provided by you only if they are subject to processing by automated means based on consent or on the contract. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority.
