Automatic feeder for heating elements ensures automated functioning of rolling mills for maximum productivity suiting extended variety of tube diameters and lengths.

Optionally, the automatic loading device produced by CSM Machinery provides dielectric strength test on the heating elements before rolling. This type of test ensures immediate control of the heating element quality and reuse of tube, magnesium oxide and coils of the rejected heating elements before rolling.

A number of unloading devices after rolling mill is available, such as motorized straightening group, measuring group with sorting in length classes, unloading unit with optional pulling of the plastic plugs.
